Are you a caretaker who has had DCF intervene in the life of your family?

Are you a funder or policy maker looking for a program that can save families and save the state money?

The Family Preservation Project  provides legal representation and support to families involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. The goal is to strengthen families and prevent child removals.

The Family Preservation Project (FPP) helps prevent the removal of children from their families 98% of the time. Of the 110 families served in the first year of the project, 108 of them remained together successfully as a family. By safely decreasing state intervention into family life, the FPP also reduces costs to the state.

If you are a parent who needs help with DCF and you are not involved in a court case with DCF, the FPP may be able to help you.

If you are a funder or policy maker who wants to support a program that strengthens and preserves the integrity of the family, contact us to find out more about the project.
